Outside the office: I enjoy going for walks, reading, cheering for the Colorado Buffaloes, and listening to true crime podcasts.
Inspired by: I grew up in a small town in Illinois. Even though I left Illinois for Colorado in 2002, I still consider myself to be a midwesterner at heart. My two children are my eternal inspiration and source of lots of laughs and fun. I am one year away from being an official empty nester, and seeing the wonderful humans that they have become is my proudest achievement. Currently living in Longmont, Colorado, I am grateful for the beautiful scenery that greets me at every turn. I start every day taking my dog, Casserole, for a walk and enjoying the peacefulness of the quiet mornings. I started my accounting career late in life, but I began as a computer programmer out of college. Because of that, I bring to CLB a wealth of knowledge in process efficiencies and logical thinking to solve problems. It’s an interesting combination of specialties, but I believe that it grants me a different perspective when it comes to processes.
