Bryan has 18 years of experience designing commercial, institutional, resort, multi-family housing, and custom residential projects. Bryan’s interest and passion in both modern and western vernacular architecture ensures his work engages clients, is responsive to the surrounding environment, and is inventive.
Bryan holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kentucky. After graduation he worked in his home state of Kentucky for three years designing schools, churches, and financial institutions. In 2007, Bryan relocated to Wyoming and began work at CLB in 2010 where he has been involved with project and team management, specializing in custom homes.
In 2019, Bryan was named as an Associate in the firm, becoming a Principal in 2021. Bryan focuses on design and management practices, influencing staff growth and effectiveness while leading CLB’s mentorship program, project staffing, and human relations. Bryan is also active in the firm’s public art initiatives designing and managing installations for the annual PARKing Day event and Jackson Hole Public Art’s Glow Festival. He is currently overseeing a large-scale public art exhibit for Design Pavilion, NYCxDesign’s iconic design festival, in Times Square.
Outside the studio, Bryan volunteers for Habitat for Humanity on the Future Buildings Committee and sits on two HOA boards in his Alpine, Wyoming community. He recently co-designed his own house with his wife, who is also an architect, creating a uniquely western, yet modern home on a tight budget. He enjoys spending time with his family taking advantage of the many outdoor pursuits mountain life has to offer.
