Design has always connected people to their surroundings and to those around them. These relationships have sparked Abigail’s passion for the interior environment and the way people interact within it. Abigail grew up in Northwest Kansas, where an appreciation for family and community was instilled at a young age. These values followed her to Kansas State University where she received a Master of Interior Architecture and Product Design. During her time in school, furniture design courses gave Abigail an appreciation for the invisible side of design including detail, scale, and the overlapping of space that is evident in the complexity present in her work.

Abigail was drawn to CLB for their ability to blend old and new in an environment that begs for both monumental gestures and refined details. Here, she hopes to create environments that foster personal connection through thoughtful spatial organization and the layering of textures and materials.

Outside of the office, you will find Abigail on her front porch with a coffee mug in hand, playing with her dog, or searching for the best chicken salad in town.
