Our Books
Making Place, Inspiring Public
Our newest publication, Making Place, Inspiring Public, spans seven public installation projects. It is a complement to our monograph, Inspired by Place, and details our evolving engagement at the intersection of art and architecture. Evocative and collaborative, these projects extend our guiding ethos into the public realm, exemplifying our commitment to inspiring communities through connecting them more meaningfully to their environment.
Copies are available for purchase at Mountain Dandy with all proceeds donated to Jackson Hole Public Art.
Inspired by Place
Our monograph, Inspired by Place, is published by ORO Editions, an internationally recognized, award-winning boutique firm that specializes in custom-made architecture, design, photography, and art-related books. Inspired by Place showcases eleven homes designed by CLB from our studios in Wyoming and Montana. A portion of the homes highlight our group’s interior design work, which strikes a balance between sophisticated and comfortable and is conceived as a natural extension of the architecture. Evident in this body of work is a bold contemporary spirit seeking original expression while referencing regional form and materials in creative ways. The monograph includes forewords by New York-based architecture critic and author, Ian Volner; internationally acclaimed architect, Tom Kundig; and artist, designer, and philanthropist, Agnes Bourne. The 400-page book is available for purchase from ORO Editions, Amazon, Barnes and Noble, and will be available for purchase at local Jackson and Bozeman retailers in summer 2021.
