Jeffrey’s work at CLB is defined by tactile storytelling and a dedication to the collaborative craft of building. Since 2017, he has managed a wide-ranging portfolio of residential and hospitality projects, ensuring each resonates on an experiential level.

His design perspective is uniquely informed by a "boots-on-the-ground" background; after earning his degree from the University of Colorado and practicing in his home state, Jeffrey spent two years in Wyoming gaining hands-on experience in carpentry and construction management. This deep understanding of how things are built, and his passion for storytelling and mentorship led to his appointment as Associate in 2024. Today, along with managing projects throughout the rocky mountain region, he leads CLB’s Design Delivery Operations and architectural staffing with a focus on staff growth and operational excellence.

Jeffrey spends his time away from the office fly fishing, observing the seasonal shifts of the region’s river topographies alongside his wife and daughters.
