Our work is based on a concentrated dialogue with our clients that informs a disciplined design process. We carefully consider their aspirations and seek to develop a comprehensive understanding of the site, program, and landscape precedent prior to preparing any design concepts. We study these issues and develop a common view of objectives and challenges. In response to this dialogue, we create an architectural narrative and building program out of which grows site and building concepts.
All of our design work is developed in hand drawings, physical models and through the use of computer visualization software. We utilize sophisticated three-dimensional technology to generate virtual realities that accurately model our buildings throughout the process. Our computer graphics allow both architect and client to envision the project as it develops and assist in the delivery of predictable results. We apply integrated three-dimensional Building Information Modeling as a foundation for our Construction Documents.
