Bio

Invested in both people and place, Darcey is the organizational engine behind CLB and has spearheaded the firm’s marketing and operational efforts for over twenty years. She helped lay the early foundations for the firm’s administrative structure shortly after joining the firm and has since continued to develop her position to match her multifaceted skillset and broad range of experience. As Marketing Director, she is responsible for new business inquiries and oversees all aspects of external communications, encouraging the firm to expand into new frontiers while ensuring CLB’s core values are effectively and cohesively conveyed.

Originally from Southern California, Darcey grew up visiting Wyoming frequently and has always considered it a second home. After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Colorado and working in a variety of sectors – from governmental roles in Washington D.C., to special event direction for the Aspen Chamber of Commerce, to corporate brand asset coordination for Qwest Communications in Denver – she decided to follow her interest in design and joined CLB in 2002, setting down roots in Jackson. As a Partner at CLB, she employs a hands-on leadership style in a wide array of places throughout the firm, including operations, finance, legal, and HR. She enjoys the breadth of experience and creativity she encounters daily, and she works diligently to create systems both internally and externally which foster the firm’s growth.

Darcey is also an invaluable member of the larger Jackson community. She is deeply involved in the non-profit Jackson Hole Ski and Snowboard Club, helping young people carry on her father’s love of alpine ski racing through his legacy endowment. Darcey is a passionate alpine and cross country skier, and also enjoys road biking, hiking, and being on the water.
