Tucked in the forests of the Berkshires, Campion Farms is a masterplanned residential retreat designed for rest and renewal. The project includes a modest 3,200 square-foot primary residence, a glassy greenhouse pavilion intended for cultivation and gathering, and a secluded sauna perched on an existing stone site wall, found throughout the surrounding properties of this historic region. The architecture responds to the land’s gentle terrain and natural contours. Together, the three buildings create a serene escape for seasonal living and quiet connection to the wooded landscape of western Massachusetts.
