Bio

Maria designs for simplicity and finds inspiration in the light, form, texture and color of our outdoor environment. Nature is her muse, it can lead one to problem solving and inspire innovation. Maria has over 16 years of experience pushing projects through all phases of the design process. She has worked on a range of building types including residential, multi-family, medical, resort, and commercial. She is trained in all aspects of design, passionate about Architecture, Interior Architecture, and Interior Design. She not only enjoys working in these varying areas, she understands they have a strong connection with one another, which is important for the cohesive feel of a project. Her role in the office primarily focuses on Interior Architecture management and design, while also overseeing the quality of other interior projects within the office. From high end to low cost projects, Maria enjoys any opportunity to explore creative solutions to keep projects on budget, while not sacrificing design concept. Maria earned a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kentucky in 2005. After two years working in downtown Louisville Kentucky, she moved to Alpine Wyoming, which has long been part of her heart since childhood, and joined CLB in 2008. She spends her spare time in the outdoors hiking, camping and skiing with her husband and two young daughters.
